In The Beginning:
Reality Farms started on a quaint farm in Pleasant City, Ohio in 1995. Julie Urdak began breeding miniature horses and started selling these quality animals locally.
The Growing Years:
Breeding, buying, selling and exporting miniature horses, provided Rich and Julie an education about the horse business and a reputation for quality. It also introduced them to the finest the industry has to offer, not only in the miniature arena but the horse business in general. Knowledge and know how had them wanting to expand! In 2006, they fell in love with a picturesque piece of property in New Concord, Ohio. They purchased the 65 acres and began to build the Reality Farms Equine Center business, as well as expand the miniature horse services.
Where We're Going:
We will reach our goal of having a national presence, all while maintaining a solid win-win relationship with our beautiful community. As we continue to grow, our goal or mission is to have our business parallel the ideas of class and quality. We want to be the first business thought of when a horse need arises.
